I came across this interesting concept that there is a difference between ejaculation and orgasm for men. And there is this hype over the internet about the benefits of not masturbating and not ejaculating. Apparently Steve Jobs used to practice it and Napoleon Hill wrote a chapter about sexual transmutation in his famous book.
The way you're supposed to hold off ejaculation and orgasm is by using your PC muscles.
I've never tried. But I would like to know if any of the members here practice this.
Would be great if anyone can share their thoughts if they've given this a try. | |

Benefits of NOT masturbating? Isn't masturbating regularly supposed to reduce the risk of prostate cancer? |
