The main nightlife district in Hua Hin is located in the touristy Bintabaht area. Littered with dozens of small bars, few nightclubs and some restaurants. Thai bars are still closing at midnight for now, they think this might change next month.
I go out at dinner time about 6 PM to the Bintabaht area, Hua Hin is where the vacation home of the King of Thai land is, there tends to be more security around and No GoGo bars, most of the bars seem to be open again just shorter hours.
