How to manage it, I think needa have exercise or jogging frequently for keeping your body condition I think every one is different, exercise/workout might not be the key at all (I would like to think it is).....I run 30km per week total、、 average 7.2mph pace + resistant training on the day that’s shorter run. Maybe is aging, 3 shots hard to come by now, SAD but it’s true (for me) | |
