My question is, how can there be Russian, Thai, European etc. new girls on 141? Beginning March 25, non-residents will be banned from entering Hong Kong from overseas for 14 days. So how did these girls get into HK? | |

Some WGs entered HK before March 25 . Russian can stay 14 days. Thai can stay 30 days. |
