While the situation is serious, the Wuhan corona virus is nowhere near as widespread and deadly as the regular seasonal influenza virus, which leads to roughly 300,000 to 700,000 deaths every year, with tens of millions of infections. Of course unlike influenza, there is no vaccine available for Wuhan corona virus (yet) but I think we need to keep things in perspective. | |
