I hadn't been to grand Prix, so don't know about the scene exactly for the day. I strongly recommend Faris aka Kamil. I've written several report about her (just search) Not sure if she's still in Macau, but you can't do better. Whatsapp the way to go. Guaranteed to be late, but fantastic when she graces you with her presence.
I'm not a big fan of saunas, but Familia would be my pick. YMMV
