Random guy I drank with in Shinjuku bragged about getting FS with his Silver tier THC girl for ~$100 USD extra, dont' know if true 
Agree on soaplands are pricier at least for non-Jap speaker like me. The THC manager suggested me their foreigner-friendly soapland in kawasaki, iirc it's 30k+ yen for an hour not including the possible extras. | |
