But tbh I like the variety that walk ups have - you can always go knock on another door. There are some buildings with milfs, some for hot young things and then all the flavours of the world. I find that the room cleanliness is usually up to the girl. Ymmv all the time but that’s the game for either.  So once you find one or two gems it’s hard to go somewhere else as you’re always trying to find that chemistry.
