I used to work in KL until recently so I just wanted to pass along this review for a truly GREAT massage parlor. I initially found it a bit difficult to find a place that gave both legit massages as well as extras; often it seemed many shops leaned to one extreme or the other (i.e. full brothel or veggie massage only). Nothing wrong with either of those, but I prefer the places where you can get a bit of both.
This place (Pusat Rawatan KF) is very non-discript and a little bit off to the side from the main tourist areas. As such, I've only ever seen Chinese-Malaysians using their services. I put the location link below, but it's basically just a couple blocks south of Jalan Alor's street food. When you walk in, the main floor is has soft lighting with lots of dark wood and you'll be given a warm glass of water. It's a tip based system so just ask for the 1 hour and pay the desk person RM 65 (about 16 USD).
You'll be led upstairs by the masseuse to one of their rooms and given the chance to disrobe as much as you want to. Personally, I usually like to leave my briefs on because I kinda like the game of the girl later during the massage innocently asking if you'd like her to take them off so she can "massage" your legs more easily  . Obviously, if you don't agree at this point, chances of getting a happy ending are low.
In any case, the massages I received here have always been B+ or better for the first 40 minutes before the fun teasing began which usually entailed the familiar ball-tickling and inner-thigh massaging. After the flip, things will take their natural course with the towel slowly coming off. Some girls asked me if I wanted a happy ending while others will just go for it as long as you don't stop them  . You can also ask the girl to take her top off, but not all will. After the massage, I always just tipped RM 35 and then you can take a shower before heading out.
Again, just wanted to pass this along to anyone who is looking for a relatively cheap, discrete, and dependable shop. For just RM 100 (25 USD) you are guaranteed a full 60 min massage and Happy Ending, and I strongly recommend this place. Enjoy!
