Vancouver... Better quality Asians (Chinese and Korean) available and at slightly lower rates (maybe $20 CAD) than in Toronto.
Toronto... Higher quantity of girls available and also a lot of massage parlours. Every ethnicity that you can think of can be found.
Montreal... Best looking Caucasian girls but some may require that you speak French as they don't speak English. Lowest rates of the three major cities. Much lower quantity of options available.
I'd personally choose either Toronto or Vancouver. Both are also good food destinations and have enough tourist sites for a day or two. | |

Toronto rates are getting up there and there are a lot of SP's that go down to NYC. rates in general are increasing |
