Depends on your nationality.They can get your passport no. and refer it to your country's embassy and conduct investigations etc. No problem if you are from Germany or Netherland or have an SAR passport.But as for now visiting a legal establishment in Germany is the recommended way. There are cheap flights around $400-$500.This is way cheaper than trouble.
