Hey there,
Well as for websites, here would be the options:
- 6annonce: more on the expensive side with beautifull models
- ladyxena: got that kind of local feeling even though some models don't seem to reply that often
- sexemodel: I would definetly recommend that one. Kind of a mix between the two previous ones
Prices would be around 150/250 per session. Be aware that you'll come across a lot of eastern european girls...
On a massage side, you can try pretty much any Chinese massage parlor in town. You'll recognize them with their curtains hiding the inside of the parlor and a neon sign saying "Ouvert" ("open"). As far as I know, don't expect more than a HJ other there, that they call "cerise" ("cherry"). They are usually negotiated with the girl while on the table. Talking about these girls, depending of the massage parlor, some are friendly, good looking and nice while others...
Street girls would be to avoid. You'd see a good amount of chinese girls in two separate locations. They usually bring you to a small studio apartment nearby for a quick one. You can stumble upon trucks parked on the outskirt of Paris, sometimes by huge construction work sites. We're now talking about a dodgy option that I would avoid at any cost. Same thing for the Boulogne wood, where weirdos hang out at night alongside shemales and street workers.
On the law side: the client is considered as guilty under a new bill. In reality very few arrests have been made and concerns mostly punters picking girls on the street. Be aware quite honestly that France is NOT a paradise for a punter. Especially one living or working in Asia! They are for sure worse countries but things are not as open here as they may be in others parts of the world.
For the riots: these were very local. In reality you could have been standing in the middle of it and actually not even getting into trouble if you exclude the tear gas and police arrests. Frankly, unless you're looking for trouble, you would quickly understand that you are not in the place to be for now, way before anything that sucks starts!
About red light districts: I would avoid any bars where you meet girls while drinking. This is a trick from the past and that was usually leading you to an expensive bill at the end of the night with not much happening in return. These places are fortunately closing down at the speed of light and a few of them are still open. However if you head to the famous Pigalle neighborhood, a lot of these bars have been turned into Hipster bars. If you're young and "cool" enough, you might end up picking a girl the good old fashion way In other words: the district has been gentrified.
Last but not least: Paris is a safe city if you're street wise. The biggest threat for a visitor would be the pickpockets. Keep your phone, laptop, wallet with you all the time and you'll be safe. The risk of being violently robbed on the street in central Paris is close to zero. This could happen or the outskirt of certain parts in the north of the city but quite frankly, you've got nothing to do there as a visitor unless you want to buy crack cocaine
Happy visit and stay safe!
