A while ago, I posted a report about a BBBJ/CIM joint in Nanshan (walking distance from the Marriott):

I managed without Mandarin, but wouldn't call that place a sauna, really. You can see pics of the facilities in my report. On the upside, there were no towel boys to tip!
From other bros reports, the options in Luohu are better, just hop on the metro at Houhai (also walking distance from your hotel).
There are also a couple of options in Shekou (take the Shekou line metro from Houhai in the opposite direction), such as Sakura and Greentree Alliance (search the mainland section for reports on these joints).
