Yes there was an issue. The hotel I am staying at is having their main lobby remodel so I have to enter from the hotel restaurant. I came to my hotel at midnight but I did put down that I was arriving between 11 to midnight when I was booking the place. The guy working night shift gave me an key that doesn't open the door and had to sent someone with the master key to open the door everytime I go out. They finally fix the problem during the day time. There also free breakfast along with the hotel room and it was actually really great. Over all not an bad place for the price. | |
