I don't think anything will happen if you are chilling in the lounge area and not having sex. you are eating instant noodle and get arrested? the may ask you for id and leave you alone.
it happened to me some times ago and I was just having a wonton noodle soup when the LE showed up. I was in the lounge. they went straight to the rooms.
nice report, what is the address of siam? I googled it and a restaurant showed up
