I've bought Cialis several times from a pharmacy chain called "Lei Yun Shang". They are scattered over Shanghai; you can find them with google maps. I bought them at different locations, with no real problems. When buying them, you can see at least the package in the glass counter. Mostly the old ladies will think you have a blood pressure problem and don't think too much about it.
I haven't had a case yet they gave me fake ones; but yes I would stay away from 'local' brands. I do unfortunately have had them charge me more than the cost price (100~200RMB more for 8 pills of 20mg); but since I don't want to cause a scene or record my details I often just let it slide.
They also have Viagra btw. but as you probably know, side effects might be worse, depending which pill you use. For me Cialis gives me less side effects. (head ache, stuffy nose are horrible) | |
