Yes Bro A:

I have been to Dar several times and 3 times to Zanzibar.  Let me start with:

1. Dar es Salaam - the city is very safe, but just like any other city, do not venture into bad areas alone at night.  As long as you are in the club areas, hotel areas, you are safe.  daytime is very safe.

Hotel qualities are very good too.  Dar has 5 star, 4 star, 3 star hotels.  Best Western is good affordable, as 5 Star hotels cost quite a bit.  All hotels are girl friendly, as long as you have booked for 2 adults

Food is great.  If you like bbq food, Dar has many outside restaurant/eateries that make excellent bbq meat (locally known as nyama choma or mishkaki), great bbq chicken to cater to all tastes, mild to extra spicy.  Restaurants also serve very good quality food with generous portions.  Food is cheap.

Taxis are available practically everywhere.  Uber is very strong and I would suggest you get Uber, as the driver has to show you the price on his phone.  You pay the driver.  Local taxis immediately know you are not local, and since they are not metered, will try to scam you.
They do have tuk tuks, called bajaj, but they operate outside the city limits.
Motorbike taxis, called boda boda, are the fastest way to get anywhere, but it is to your own peril.  Lots of boda boda accidents as they weave in and out of traiffic.  I nearly got involved in one, and swore never to use boda boda again.
Traffic jams are brutal.  giver yourself 1-2 hrs for your appointments for meetings or going to the airport.  You think BKK is bad, wait till you get to Dar.

Money exchnges are everywhere.  1 US$ = 2,250Tsh.  For quick calculations, I just divide local currency by 2,000 to get approx US$.  All exchanges are legit and you do not have to worry about being scammed

WG will cost you US$100 for LT.  Drinks and food are cheap, so buyig the bgirl drinks in a club or bar will not cost you a lot,  The concept of lady drinks or barfines do not exist.  They are all FLs.

2. Zanzibar  - very safe, day or night.  If you stay in old town, everything is walking distance.
Great outdoor seafood bbq at Forodhani Park, near the ocean. Restaurants also serve very good food.
Old town one can get lost as streets are very narrow and not in a grid, they meander everywhere   But ask a local and they will give you proper directions.
For girls, I used hotel concierge.  You need local help here.
Great for coral diving and have great resort hotels.  definitely a must go to this beautiful island.  Can get a ferry from Dar.  Buy the ticket yourself directly, as touts will try to scam you

3. Mwanza - on shores of Lake Victoris.
Same as Dar, very safe, use Uber or Taxify (cheaper than Uber)
Very good hotels, on shores of the lake or downtown.
Very good looking girls (7-9) at 2 hotels that I have stayed at and you can pick up FLs.
At Hotel Tilapia, on the shores of the lake, great bar facing the lake, fantastic restaurant, very good clean rooms etc.  Top quality.  Pick up FLs from the bar at night

New Mwanza hotel, downtown, has an in house night club.  If you are into sleeping, than the music will disturb you all night until 4 am.  The place starts rocking after 11 pm and lots of FLs.  Some who were not picked up at Tilapia may show up at New Mwanza

4. Other good cities are Arusha, but haven't punted there.

I hope this is useful
