She did not like Indians because she said they smelled and were stingy with money. I've never had to worry about this bias so take the below for what its worth ...
Hygiene should be a concern for anyone. I personally try to wear nice jeans and polo's, deodorant and definitely do not do cologne. Re: money, you may have to overcompensate initially e.g. flash your money, buy lots of drinks at a bar, offer tips, and don't negotiate (or at least too hard) etc. | |
