Well this is where it gets kinda sticky =)
I have made my intentions clear, she knows where I stand.
The more this uncovers the more it feels like a Chinese Drama Show, either she have watch one too many of those or she is reenacting one, let me explain.
She give me daily updates (probably not going to last forever) but she have introduced my to her friends and family as her boyfriend, I told her I was not, and never could be. According to her, this is somewhat of a cover for her in order to explain where the money comes from.
The more she shares her life with me the more I am sure I am not getting duped, just a farm girl with some some crappy circumstances. She has claimed several time that she just wants to spend more time with me, she doesn't care that I can never be her boyfriend or more, she said she will just wait for me... I am sure that her 22 year old brain talking.
I never intent to lead her on, and as she get more and more situated I will cut down on our communications, I know it is not a good idea, I do want to be there as a pen pal but she appears to get more and more attached. Again I never lead her on to believe that there is a future here.
So far she has been doing her job well, she didn't hit me up for more money or anything and she seems like a good person to be around according to my partner.
What a dilemma, its too soon to pull the plug and if I don't pull the plug soon I am afraid to create a monster of a situation. As far as me, I remain stoic, I don't have feelings for her, I just want to see her do well, again she is cute and that's it, we live worlds apart in every sense of the words. | |
