As you have said, this is a he/she said situation and we need to discuss this internally.
@massageguy - to be honest I hate it when bros post replies such as yours WITH NO PROOF asking us to delete the report. Do you think we are just going to delete it at your request because you have "contacts" at the spa? 
You should "report to mod" and give us your proof of this so called "Fake report" instead of replying on here.
mr.edwardcolins - we are in no way calling you out for a fake report, yet. But we will look into this matter internally and see what we find out.
To all bros who have any inclinations on fake reports, please do not reply on reports and call out "Fake report" without proof, or it may be you who will lose Ks or be banned. Anyone who does post fake reports will be given the opportunity to explain themselves and if deemed fake, then of course will be banned.
