Philippines, HK, Cambodia, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, Germany, NZ, Vietnam, Australia, China, USA, Taiwan.
I think depends so much on who you are with, the specific area you visit and pure luck.
Angeles in Philippines has been good to me, one delight after another especially with good mates. So addicted to Pinay it isn't funny.
Spent the most in HK, mainly because I love curtain bars  . I think there was a two week trip where I dropped about HK70K. Fucked myself to death but had a wonderful time. I try to limit punting spending a bit more now - decrease Curtain Bar spend in favour of FL and DH, much better VFM.
