She finished me off with a RJ and a CBJ (I insisted on the cover). On the whole - good attitude not great. Consistent and predictable experience. May repeat again, but the other reports here make me wonder if I can do better. May be I'll give the others a try before I come back to this agent. I like that the agent is not into too much upsell.
