No doubt about it you should let her know. I would tell her directly then you know she has been told. Mamasan may forget or choose not to tell her.

There was another story similar to the one Thai Delight mentioned above where a bikini model had posted pictures of herself on social media and someone had noticed a mole and told her. It was melanoma and was removed straight away.

Early detection is critical.
