In fact, C, which I too prefer, has gone off patent in the UK. There, generic tadalafil is available for much less (£12.50 for a 4-pack of 20mg generic from one company vs £34 for Cialis) via registered online pharmacies. The catch is a prescription is still required; you fill in an online questionnaire that is then reviewed by one of their doctors.
