A place I like to go often for good service is Flower Fairy SPA in TST. Ask them for a spa session (I think it was 1000 for 90 mins, 1200 for 120 mins for the spa session. Their regular massage sessions are 600/800/1000 for 60/90/120 mins).
When I ask for a spa session sometimes, they'll give me the full body scrub with exfoliating gel before heading into the tub for a bit, followed by a massage. I don't know if you're looking for something like this (gentle exfoliation), or the Korean harsh-as-hell body scrubbing, but Flower Fairy's a place you should look into for more (this place doesn't offer FS, btw). just ask them for options, since the lady who runs the place speaks pretty good English.
