Make it fun and encourage participation like you guys did in the past. That is offer a monthly / quarterly and / or annual themed contest with a certain amount of credits as a reward. Requirements could be a minimum or two or three pictured reports. For some reason the Obe Granny challenges come to (or is it more like I can't get them out of my) mind. LOL.
