The Reports sections (except Restricted and HK Sauna) have had RA0 on them for more than 18 months. You only noticed now?
Only mods can edit your old reports to add RA. You could ask a mod, although it is time consuming and ultimately depends on his availability. Should do it through PM.

scufferhk: Reports are NEVER deleted. Admin's orders. Are you referring to all non-RA reports, or just yours? If we moved/deleted all non-RA reports (even the more recent ones), there would be no point in having the reports sections and it goes against what admin wants - to have reports that are searchable. Also, if you are talking about all reports, wouldn't it be unfair to delete reports that people have worked hard creating? Besides, once a report is moved to Archives, people can only give Acceptance points so it affects their chance to climb the ranks. Not good for those who have recently created reports. My biggest beef was that newbies could not add RA10 to their reports. Still the case? Having that option would be good, but that request was denied.
