hi guys, this is my report here on the forum. hope this turns out to be useful for you.
i found out spa chiba through another forum - manilatonight. i refer to this forum for spas and massage parlors here in the philippines. updates are frequent, well-managed, and users are quite active.
location is in paranaque, olivarez plaza. quite convenient for those near the airport area. it is not very discreet in the sense that the entrance is facing the main thoroughfare (sucat rd), but there are legitimate establishments nearby (restaurants, some gov't agency and pharmacy) which can be used as cover. i felt generally safe in the area.
i texted them for reservation few hours before, communication was seamless. reception area was decent. i visited early in the morning so some of the therapists were having breakfast there, they were receptive and warm. even offered me some food but i figured they were just being polite. was led to the room by one of the boys. there was a shower area and i noticed the floor was waterproof 
after a bit, ringo came into the room with the towels and a bowl of warm nuru gel. she had an athletic build, skin a bit tanner than advertised, boobies a bit small for her frame. but no bother. took a shower, chatted and then proceeded to the nuru massage. this was my first btw. damn, this girl sure has got the moves. glides were deliberate and controlled as she rubbed her stubbly LS all over. LB was hard the entire time. it would not be until i tried other theras that i would realize how good ringo is at nuru. then came the flip and i couldn't help but feast. was caressing her all over and kissing her nips. i was so turned on that i decided to avail of FS for php 3500.00, cap included. she rode me cg, rcg, had her at mish and doggy for a bit. doggy a bit tricky, being slippery and all. i took off the cap for a short bbj and ringo finished me with a decent hj  i do not typically finish with a cap, either hj or cim. had some time to chit chat, showered and left.
all in all i would say it was more of a gfe. ringo was chatty, and i didn't feel she was rushing over the session. i sense it could be taken to pse level with ringo 
spa chiba is part of the japan group, they have various spas all over metro manila. theras at times do rounds all over. the theras are categorized as guest, super guest, model thera. but i've no idea how they are categorized (looks? skills?), entrance prices go up through the categories.
