I do most of my punting in Bangkok and always with bar girls. If I find a good one that I want to repeat with I will always tip 500 -1000 baht especially if she is one of the very popular girls as she will be more than willing to drop a punter when I pop in. If she is with a regular she will at least come up for a quick chat and organise another time to see me.
If its a run of the mill punt or she has got on my tits then no tip as I ain't going to repeat again anyway
