I had a similar experience recently. I have been to Beauty a couple times but never knew Hawaii until i was suggested to have a look there. Pattaya Spa I think is where the service rooms are. I recall seeing the posters walking up the stairway to Hawaii lol.
I was given karate chops in lieu of massage and it wasn't even half effort at that! However, things improved tremendously on the flip. The WG I had was at least 4/5 for face though I'd forgotten her name. I was in a hurry so didn't get her WeChat but I don't chat much with the WGs anyways and end up getting removed by them after awhile.
