I was waiting for zebra's reply, and he did not disappoint me. Ponder his advice. If you read his reports (Search is your friend), you will see that he is a kindred soul, the embodiment of a gentleman punter, and I use the last word loosely, so that he doesn't risk being kicked off the forum. 
Speaking of the forum, one thing that keeps me intensely loyal to it is that, unlike many such venues, where a macho mentality that revels in the "you got her to do what? that's nothing, I forced her to do this, and made her nod her head to show she enjoyed doing it, too" prevails, its members, if their reports are to be believed, by and large treat working girls with respect and appreciation for the service they provide.
