[Thailand][Bangkok] 3 Days: A Multipart Report and Guide for Newbies
I spent 3 days in Bangkok, Thailand recently during my return trip to Hong Kong. This is going to be a multipart report as there are a lot of things I want to share. Some being reports on the girls I saw, some on the food and shopping and some will be guides specifically to help out newbies. I had begun planning about 4 weeks before arriving and was overwhelmed. I've been to Bangkok many years before, but since then many things have changed. I'd argue that Bangkok and Thailand in general is better for the sex adventuring than Hong Kong and I'll share some thoughts on that. I'll be posting to this thread over several days as there's a lot to talk about. Hopefully these reports and guides will help you out.
Crazy House, Sukhumvit Soi 23/Soi Cowboy
I started my first day late. The lineup at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) immigration was long. The time from disembarking from the plane to exiting immigration was just under an hour. And even then there was still a wait for the checked luggage to roll out.
I didn't get into my hotel room until nearly 3 hours after disembarking the plane and at which point it was now late in the evening. I'd read a newbie first night guide saying at Soi Cowboy to check out Crazy House and Bacarra first so that's where I headed.
Upon arriving at Soi Cowboy, I did the standard walk up and down the soi to get my bearings and take everything in. The girls outside each bar are aggressive. They'll call out to you and if you make eye contact they'll turn up the sales pitch. Some girls will get especially aggressive by reaching out, grabbing you and pulling you in with surprisingly a lot of strength. This is much more difficult for you if you're solo. I stood firm and got myself out of their grasps to continue walking.
Crazy House is actually outside of Soi Cowboy on the east end on Sukhumvit Soi 23. The place is popular because they actually have topless girls dancing. There have been reports of the doormen trying to get guys to pay a cover charge when there isn't one. I didn't face this and was waved in without issue.
Inside, yea many of the girls were topless. I could see why the place is popular. Many of the girls were fairly fit. I saw a couple of girls I liked. One was slim with small B-cup tits but I could never see her number. The other had C-cup tits but I think a guy must've gotten her as she quickly disappeared and I didn't see her again until the next night. Which sort of turned out to be a good thing for me. When I returned the next night, I saw that she was already with a guy on his lap but looking completely disinterested and zoned out. The slim girl I never saw again which was my own regret. Lesson learned: Don't wait.
When I got into Crazy House, I just took whatever seat they pointed out which was right beside the entrance/exit. The bar is setup such that every seat gives good views. It wasn't until later when I took a walk around the bar that I realized more empty seats were available. On my second visit I choose a seat on the right side from when you walk in. That was the side I saw the slim girl dancing and was hoping that I might spot her again.
I don't remember if drinks -- most drinks regardless -- were 160 or 180 baht. It seemed to be on the higher end in terms of pricing. My second time back here I gave 200 baht for a Coca Cola (which I think was 160 baht) and told my waitress to keep the change. 1.) I had no idea how much I should be tipping; and 2.) I didn't want to bother with getting change, likely in coins, back. To my surprise, this waitress on her own accord then became my personal attendant. I don't know for certain, but I guessed that this was related to the tip amount. For the entire time I was there she would point out girls to me, bring over girls to my seat and ask if I was interested and throw me a smile when I looked in her direction. I didn't end up choosing any girls, but it was definitely helpful to have her there. I have no idea if this is normal for the wait staff at Crazy House or not.
One girl who wasn't dancing began throwing smiles my way whenever I looked in her direction. She was tall (heels of course), slim and little A-cups. Great face but I need tits on a girl so I decided not to engage her. Eventually another guy began buying lady drinks for her, but while she was with him she continued looking towards and smiling at me. Is it better to have a girl choose you? Would the experience be better if she chose you instead of you choosing her? In hindsight I probably should've taken her.
Overall thoughts: I liked Crazy House. Good variety and number of girls. Drinks were a bit expensive. Definitely recommended. | |
