Being a sucker for novelty, saw this place in DB, pictures of facilities looked nice and decided to give it a try. Big mistake, I genuinely needed a massage and was thinking of my regular Bua Hom Thai massage in LKF, where I do occasionally have gotten HE for 300 tip and which is supposedly a veggie place.
The place is in an office building, once I reach there some 45-50 year old lady opens the door. Another lady was passing by the reception and she was also old and not pretty. I was thinking of bolting out but it was raining outside and I thought might as well try .
Was taken to a room which was quite spacious, bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and 2 kind of shower gel. Next to the bathroom was a dressing table. So, well furnished. After showering alone and drying up, I kept lying on massage table for 4-5 minutes, no one came. Then had to get up and knock on door to get attention. A late 30s massage lady finally comes inside.
She started by asking how long I wanted massage for . I was thinking of 90 minutes but I needed to be away by 5:30 and by my watch had arrived at 3:30, but when I asked her what was the tie, she said 5 mins to 4 pm. So, I fee suspicious and said I just need 45 mins.
She massaged well, with liberal use of oil. She wasn't shy of going near LB but she kind of brushed it. I was expecting her to ask if I wanted a HE but she never asked. I mean if a spa is advertising here then sure extra is on the menu. But she gave no indication or confirmation. After 45 mins are over she just let me shower and went out.
After the shower, things got interesting, I came to reception and now there was a different lady. She said altogether 468 for 45 mins massage and I question her as it was supposed to be 368. She says 100 is mandatory tip. I tell her if it is mandatory then she should include this in the price. After we arguments, I paid her 468 and left hurriedly. All in all, a highly expensive non happening massage.
Better save your money and go to a proper sauna if you just need massage. | |
