Only 1 real thing I dislike about this site is my apparent complete inability to right short reports lol!! Still have Tokyo (night 2) from 3 weeks ago, Lily repeat from last week and this weeks Wan Chai fun to catch up on and can't find the time!
That said, on the Karma love/hate situation, taking the time to write up the good and bad punts (realy really don't have time for the average ones!!) properly got me up to RA30 a lot quicker than I expected.
I think the RA system changed sometime recently so big up to the Mods as it seems to work well and gives the incentive to try and catch up on my reports to hit RA40.
Final point is that this is the 1st site I have ever contributed to as after a year or so of lurking (yes yes I know, too long) you can really see the civility and how most bros are sharing to make better experiences and reduce the bad punts for the other bros.
