I usually do after reading a thread but not always. There are many others that don't even give out any K's after reading a thread. I know it's harder to move up in rank in the China Section of 141.
For member Alice75, I wanted to get answers ( replies ) before giving out any K's pts.
Some members don't reply back to questions from other members on their threads. I have given
Alice75 K pts in the past.
