I think Kinpeibai is known to be one of the more low-end/economical soaplands that's not particularly trustworthy. The ones with truly beautiful women would be higher-end soaplands like Oushitu or Satin Doll, the latter costs about 77k yen for 120 minutes, but the service is top notch with better facilities. If you're more interested in economical soaplands and are willing to give them another chance , Charmant is a strong recommendation. The girls are younger, prettier (for that price point); albeit inexperienced so you'll have to take the lead. I paid 36k yen for 90 minutes as a foreigner. Erika and Rika are both good picks.
