If its just a case of having second thoughts about the girl you picked, yeah, go back to the agent and get another.
I've had cases where once inside the agent called the girl to see if I arrived and the girl handed me the phone and the agent confirmed that I was OK with the girl. Great customer service IMHO.
If its a B&S gone bad I just shake my head no and walk away. False advertising is a waste of everyone's time, especially mine, so I never feel like I am obligated. And I never give the agent another chance since B&S is obviously part of their business model. Why support a business that already fucked you over once? To many other good options IMHO.
Sometimes B&S can turn out good though. I've had many situations where the girl that opened the door wasn't the girl advertised but she was acceptable or even better than the ad.
