Not sure where you are from...

I work oversees, but see my doctors here in the US regularly. My doctor writes my Cialis prescription in a way that insurance covers it. I am prescribed a 5 mg daily dose, but take 10-15 when I know I am going to be out and about for a few days of mongering or have an upcoming date - for that extra boost...  Then just don't take it for a few days on my down days.

I have taken Viagra in the past, but I prefer the daily dose of Cialis.. For me, it is more of a stress issue which creates a challenge with keeping focus. Maybe when we were in our 20's, we could set work aside and not worry.. That, I as we get older our testosterone drops; so be sure to have that checked and get treatment if needed. Low T also impacts performance.. I didn't even know about this until I was almost 40, and after getting proper treatment, I have a drive that rivals that of when I was less than half my age.
