Newbie HK 22-30 April - Beijing 1-7 May
Hi, absolute noob, first post. Apologies if this should be somewhere else, but this appears to be only forum (The Lounge) I can post on?
Spent two weeks BKK, Phuket, Pattaya last year, absolutely loved it. In my 40's but was first experience of mogering! Wall to wall girls/ladies offering their wares at every turn! Took a little bit of time to find my feet, but then soon got the hang of it all, even ending up with a freebie off a lovely lady working in the bar I frequented (she actually worked in the bar if you know what I mean  )
I have booked the above (staying Mongkok) primarily as a 'proper' holiday, but having been bitten by the bug have spent quite a bit of time researching these forums in anticipation of maybe trying my hand here too, so not necessarily asking for hints/tip - read loads - thank you. Never been HK/China before, and it's quite obviously a very different set up to Thailand (mongering), from what I can see. So despite building quite a bit of confidence in Thailand, am actually feeling quite nervous about walk up etc.
Also, went with a mate to Thai, on my own on this one, which is making me wonder whether I should bother at all??
I suppose what I'm asking is; anyone else about in those places those dates and fancy being a wingman to a novice or even just to share their trip and offer moral support?
