Still, most of it gets the point across. The bit that that got me somewhat mystified was the one about "not stealing the Bell", if anyone of the Mandarin-literate bros can enlighten us, the illiterate foreigners, that would be great.
So my question is not really about the content of the ad, but rather to inquire the collective experience of this great punting community for a bit more intel about this service.
Meanwhile I did scan the QR code of one of these agencies, and send them a friend request. Shortly after received back a welcome message, which I attach below (along with its translation by wechat). So far looks legit to me, so I will probably try to get some more information directly from them, but I am not in the area right now, so this will have to wait a bit.
