If it was me I would head to Nana Plaza, grab a gogo girl or a bar girl and use one of the short time rooms there in Nana Plaza.
Time is limited and depending on customs you would have to work on getting into central Bangkok around midnight and the bars close at 2am. After that its streetwalkers or a night club for a freelancer and then you need to find somewhere to do the deed.
Soapies, BJ bars I know nothing about but I think they close up around midnight so might not be an option, I am sure one of the experts can assist with options for these.
