The management of these massage places are fully aware that they will be visited by the licensing authority and by the le, they are also aware that the le may plant moles ... the girls they hire are all aware of this and if the management are on the ball they would have given the girls some training in the event of a raid, sometimes the management would tell their girls if any sex is permitted with certain clients or not
the problem these massage places face is if they want to hire younger girls they would have to hire ones on visitor permits, arrest are made based mainly on violation of stay or being caught in the act of providing sexual services
if caught in the act, usually the management would deny knowledge of what happened in the room as it is purely a transaction between the girl and the client
le knows whats going on and its just a matter of if or when they will take action ...
walk up massage place life span lasts between 1 to 2 years and then they either change ownership or open up somewhere else or both ... either internal squabbles between partners or constant checks by le being the main reasons
I don't pity these walk up massage places serving mainly foreigners - the ones that are being reported on in this forum, just find it sad ... they encourage clients to do reports as their way of advertising knowing full well that they will be under the microscope with their increasing fame and fortune
