I'm shocked as well and can understand your disappointment. This is so unlike Roy! In my experience it's always the same hotel in TST, he always calls a few minutes before the booking to confirm if I'm en route, and I never have to pay upfront. I know lots of punters have been waiting for his stable to return after CNY and bookings are all full. Maybe his number re-routed to one of his associates who ripped you off? Still not acceptable behaviour especially to a loyal customer. Will definitely be more cautious for my next booking. | |
