You can always walk out if you dont like the offer, just be polite about the situation that's all, soapland is legit business in Japan, so as long as you have not agree upon the girl you can walk out.

As for the website, it is working as long as your domain server can resolve it and I think they probably only register the domain for Japan only
(it mean you can see it in Japan but might not able to see it outside).
