If you find one you like, then you ask her for her number/wechat and see if she is game to meet up outside the venue on her time. At least, that's how I read it. The other suggestion is to scan through the "freelancer" section and see if there is anyone that has done the same with a girl and if that girl is currently in town working (hint: if the report is from 2012, probably not). The escort agencies are hit and miss, but if you've got money to burn, then a few misses might get you a missus.
