18 Sauna has a sleeping room, which is not the quietest or most comfortable

East Spa has a Pullman style set up, with curtained off bunk beds and you can arrange for morning call etc and they serve a pretty good breakfast

If its not the busiest of nights, and especially if you've had full service etc, talk to one of the managers and they might just let you sleep in one of the full service hotel rooms
