In addition to endurance cardio exercises which is good for all areas of life, try a different thrusting pattern. I recently found out I have a "cruise mode".
After getting to the orgasmic sensations with fast thrusting or whatever I like, I can switch to long strokes with a pause. A long stroke is with the head almost out, then all the way back in the entire length with pause for like 3/4 to 1 whole second before repeating. The most beneficial aspect of this is this technique both feels better and reduces energy expenditure! If I don't feel a good orgasmic sensation, I may lose wood. I would also lose wood if I get exhausted and overheated. The 3/4 second pause is important otherwise I would surely nut with the intense sensation a long stroke provides. It works with both front and back positions. If I can reach cruise mode, I have a really good session. Its been remarkable for me. The long stroke really energizes the orgasmic sensation so the 3/4 second pause is there to prevent me from nutting. I need both for this to work.
I've been reading some other sex forums and a lot of girls like long strokes anyways. It will take time to change old habits and new habits will feel strange at first. This finding for me has been made a big difference in my sex life. The girls I've used it on haven't complained or noticed anything out of the ordinary!
Try it and see. Reminder, this long thrusting/pause technique is for the main cruise phase of the session and not the takeoff or landing! You need to safely get up to altitude first. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but, again, major life changing technique for me.  | |
