You can just go alone,when you reached the reception, they will give you a numbered bracelet which will keep track of your spending. Then go take your shower and dress into the clothes they give you or you can ask for the new ones which you have add I think 10rmb. After that go the lounge and rest. You can get your free drinks or even free toast or cup noodles. You can get the free massages at the lounge which can be foot, head, etc. You only need to pay the tips for each hour, suggest 40-50 tips per each massage hour. You don't need to bring cash with you, they will give you a paper to sign for the tips. Then speak to the captain to go into the room to have your special massage. If you don't specify a gal, they will just give you whoever is next in line. Or if you take my recommendation, try 108 or 136 for the first time to have a good experience, just tell the captain the number. Have fun.
