Only way to get there (for a truly wonderful tied up fuck session) is thru getting to know her and have her be very comfortable with you and your techniques.
When I got there the first time it was thru a couple hints from her that I immediately clued in on and explored. I've hinted at it in a teasing manner with other girls...some pick up on it and are interested...others not so much.
