Can only give you limited info G.uk base on my experience. YMMV as each sauna will have a pro and con for everyone.
But in terms of variety you're mostly guarantee to see a vast majority of mainland Chinese and Vietnamese girls. These are pretty much at every sauna. Most will also have a good selection of Thai. As far as Korean and Japanese some sauna will have them, or so they claim but I never been able to confirm. Japanese and Korean if available is guarantee to be extra. Same with other ethnic groups if they are available at saunas.
Timing wise it is best to hit up any sauna after 430pm at the earlier. Anything earlier you'll be stuck with a limited amount of girls available. 430pm-5pm is generally when they start popping up to work.
